The electric alloy immersion heater is made of rare earth alloy material. Advanced hard metal grinding equipment has been used for grinding the alloy into granules. Then we adopt metal injection molding technique and isostatic compaction technique for the product forming, and the vacuum sintering furnace for the product sintering at 2400℃.
Our electric alloy immersion heater for hot dip galvanizing equipment consists of alloy pipe outer sleeve, heat conductive alloy, stainless steel heating devise, and so on. The electric resistance wire is made of premium nichrome wire, while the heat conductive alloy has excellent heat conductivity which leads low energy consumption and production cost.
This alloy heater for galvanizing can resist the corrosion of molten zinc for 3 to 6 years, and has great high temperature resistance, high toughness and hardness, great heat conductivity (above 92％), low electric resistance, and low dilatation coefficient.
